Going to DIE!!!! Bucketlist trip recomendations.

In June 2016 taking a month long biking trip. Wanting to get input from some folks on best rides along the way. Don't want to miss anything worth riding.

My route will be as follows. Starting off in Angelfire, NM then on to Sedona. From there Moab to park city. Up to Idaho, then on to Bend, Oregon. Next through Washington and up to Whistler. Way back through Helena Montana. Finish up the trip in Winter Park CO.

Along this route, what are some "must ride" trails? I know what I want to ride in Angelfire, Moab, and Winter Park. Everything else is to be determined. Parks are great, shuttle is good, I'll climb a lot if the payoff is worth it. Come to think of it, I think the final destination will be Salida, CO. Monarch Crest is on my list.

Please chime in and let me know the best of the best.

    Thanks!!!!!

Not currently about to die, but we all will someday..........

In June Sedona and Moab will be HOT. I would suggest some lights to get an early start to beat the heat.

Well, first stop will be in Angelfire mid may on opening weekend. But 110 degrees is normal summer weather here so I'm good with the hot. Hoping to beat the worst of it but actually the trip will start mid may end mid june.

On your way from Bend to Whistler, hit Ape Canyon/Plains of Abraham trail at Mt St Helens and Angels Staircase trail south of Twisp. From Whistler to Helena, cross BC and visit Revelstoke, Golden and Fernie or Revelstoke, New Denver, Rossland/Nelson.

    Hit Oakridge, south of Bend.
Whistler, Pemberton, Squamish, Revelstoke, Fernie-there's a lifetime of great riding in BC.

Xanadu and Rosie Boa in Leavenworth, WA. Some of the best descents in the US. The video of Xanadu doesn't do it justice but you get the idea

I have a list of ten quintessential rides for people traveling to the northwestern U.S. Problem is I only give out the list to people who deserve it, not to people who post ride requests that start off by saying they are going to DIE!!!
