    Bucket List: Megavalanche

The wife loves Switzerland so this was an easy sell. We would likely spend 8-10 days. So far I am assuming best route is to fly into Geneva and train ride to Grenoble. Hang out in Grenoble 2 days. Then plan to stay 3 days in Allemond (1 quali day, 1 race day, 1 recover travel back to Grenoble day). Then a travel day back to Geneva. Stay in Geneva a couple days before flying back to Atl, GA.

All in all, including flight times and layovers, it should be an 11-12 day tip. Any advice or things I have overlooked that are race related? Should I stay somewhere other then Allemond? I know the race finishes there, but is it easier/better to stay at the race start/quali start in Alp De' Huez?
