Where are the Intermediate/beginner trials to ride in SLC and Provo

Hey everybody! My wife and I are going to Utah in the later part of June, and we're bringing our bikes. She got into riding when were dating, and I want to take her to some nice, middle of the road (not too hard, not too easy) trails while we're there. Her family lives in Provo, but we'll be in SLC as well. Any suggestions of appropiate trails will be appreciated! Feel free to post pictures,as well. Thanks!

Pretty much anything in Park City or SLC will work for you. The trails around here tend to be the type that are made hard by your pace, not the terrain. If you climb slowly and take breaks, they will be easier, if you climb fast they will be harder.

Flying Dog in PC should be great in June and is a pretty trail. Spiro in PC is a classic (lots of up, but just take it slow). The Shoreline in SLC has great views. Big Water/Dog Lake in Millcreek get you high up in the mountains with a fairly forgiving grade (again, take it slow if the altitude and up prove difficult).

utahmountainbiking.com has a lot of info, and you should pick up one of those $2 maps of Park City trails at a PC bike shop. After that, it is all pretty easy.

Tons of PC, Millcreek and SLC pics here (don't worry, the big rocks are in the skills park, not on the trails):
I only attempt to change the world in the appropriate World-Changing venues and forums.
