Was a killer ride as always, love that DH. Man I need a 22t ring, getting old lugging these FR bikes up to 10K feet without an FD.

You guys start at the top of Guardsman or at the normal switchback location? Starting from the top of Guardsman gives a nice steep descent before Puke hill. I give it .

    Been starting from the switchback.
Never had the pleasure of descending that steep line coming from Guardsman, only climb it (what a biznatch).

Nice! Sorry we missed you. I was sure you guys would catch us. But I guess you're not as fast as I thought

I even got a flat right at the first little downhill.

I've got some photos, too. But I've got no time to touch them

    Do it again tomorry?

    Spiny Addition

I took a big camera this time. It makes a difference. I need to shoot more photos of the spine. Lots more.

Wow! The big gun sure can pull in those trees on the hillside. Are you standing way at the bottom on the red dirt "platform" for that shot?

Yeah, it was a comedy of errors... Toni forgot his shoes, I had two flats. We didn't even hit the trail until almost 7.30.

Going to Jackson Hole tomorrow, but next week for sure.
