Visiting SLC - Rental and Trail Recommendations

Have an interview in SLC/Ogden Friday. Should be done late afternoon. Any place where I can rent a bike and hit a trail for a few hours? I will be staying right downtown, so as long as it's not too far of a drive.

    Thanks.

As long as it doesn't rain a bunch, this is a great trail, awesome views. If it rains, don't ride it, it gets really muddy in sections.
I only attempt to change the world in the appropriate World-Changing venues and forums.

I'm not sure who else rents bikes downtown, but Revolution bikes is in Sandy, about 15-20 minutes south of downtown and they hooked up a couple friends of mine this week with a Cannondale and Giant Reign for cheap for a few days.
