I rode there last week. I linked up Casto Canyon and Cassidy Trail in the morning and did Thuder Mountain in the afternoon. It was my first and only experience with Utah biking and I was totally blown away. The weather was perfect and the people I met in Utah were extremely helpful in pointing you in the right direction. Frank at the Chevron station across the road from Ruby's Inn hooked me up with a nice working rental. I brought my own SPDs. I rode on a Thursday, plus its early in the season and I had the trails to myself, and a coyote.

    Thunder Mountain

This is one of the most fun trails that I have ever ridden. It flowed like no other trail that I have ever ridden. In terms of flow, Tsali is the closest thing that I can compare it to.

    Thunder Mountain

A fun technical section with some steep switch backs. You DO NOT want to miss your turn in this area. A couple of hundred feet of tumbling down a rocky dropoff would hurt.

    A couple more for Jim

A mix of pictures from the trip. Not necessarily biking, but hiking too.
