    Thunder Mountain in April?

The last couple of Spring Breaks I have split the week between Sedona and Hurricane. This year Sedona is booked up except for $$$$ rooms, so going to do some extra days in SW Utah. Last Fall some friends rode Thunder Mountain and said it was awesome. A bit of a drive from Hurricane, but I am down for it.

However, I know it is near Bryce which is at elevation. How is the weather? Rideable up there? California has had a crazy long winter, not sure about everywhere else.

I will not be ready this April. High snow pack and more likely to come this week to the area. It'll be early May at best.
