    Swimming hole's in Moab?

Looking for a place to enjoy some cold water and cool off. Any suggestions?

The Colorado river runs right through Moab.

Mill Creek. Drive like you're going to Slickrock, but take a right at the stop sign just before you start heading uphill. This will keep you on Mill Creek Drive (going straight would have put you on Sand Flats Rd). Cross the bridge, and take a left on Powerhouse Ln., which will turn to dirt. Go until you hit a big parking lot and can't go any further. You can either get in the creek right there, or hike about a mile up to a place with some cliff jumps. If you want to hit the jumps, walk up canyon until the canyon splits. Take the left fork and you should hit the pool within a few hundred yards. To get above the pool climb around to the left side (as you're looking up canyon).

    Wink Negro Bill Canyon

The end of Porcupine Rim Trail runs into Negro Bill Canyon 2 miles north of Moab. Nice stream, pools, killer trail. What else do you need? The area in the canyon bottom is for hiking, bike trail runs to parking at it's end. Across the road, Negro Bill dumps into the Colorado.

    Or Ken's Lake

You may want to try Ken's Lake which is at the south end of Spanish Valley. Its a nice place to float and chill.
