Some pics from the Crest to Millcreek

25 miles of mostly downhill, which is awesome if I have to say so myself.

yet another day when I feel as if I am the richest man in Babylon

ah the joys of Puke Hill some crazy twin rotor really quiet Helicopter as well, must be spying me.

My VO2 is so good its not Max its Awesome!!

Pinning it so I dont have to climb up the next hill

My bud tim grinning because he like the buff single track on the crest

Its a really difficult trail to ride because you keep looking at all the Wild Flowers and mountains as stuff

Lonnie clearing a little rock garden

Try looking at the lake while you ride the spine that adds a whole difficulty to it.

    I <3 pinning singletrack

    I also <3 rock gardens

Sometimes you have to stop and smell the bluebells

    Lonnie cleaning his bike

About as rough as Great western trail gets

awesome ride much more varied than the Mill D way IMO.

well i did part of this trail today, but from from the other side. rode up millcreek road, then up to dog lake, continued to desolation lake. this is where i had to climb rock gardens and log steps all the way up to that lake. my mistake because i am on a 1x9 geared bike. fell twice(in slow motion) and had to get off and push three times. not fun for my knees grinding up that steep rough hill.
anyways the rest was wonderful and senic.
one of the parts my rear tire broke traction and sideways i went

    still snow lurking about

and yes bushwackerinPA i was wondering where my gloves went to.
