Snowbird / USFS MTB trail scoping:
    FYI.

Snowbird is planning to build a beginner/intermediate MTB trail system on USFS land. 1.4 miles proposed. USFS requests input from the public to identify concerns & receive recommendations. The project will probably be permitted without further review, meaning this will be the public's only chance to formally comment on the proposal.

Substantive comments can make a difference to the project. Even non-substantive ones can serve a purpose, as an index of public interest (or disinterest) in the project and sport.

You're welcome. I hope it's of some use; there was a bit more response at UMB.

Don't worry about the amount of responses on the forum - I suspect many people (like myself) read this and acted on it without posting.

Thanks for looking out for us and taking the time!
