Ride recommendations for kids in St. George?

It has been 20 years since I last rode in St. George, when green valley was almost the only option. I know, I know...

We're headed down to escape mud season on Monday and the 6 year old and 4 year old would love to do some riding. But I don't know squat about what rides to do with them there. Ideal would be:
-Smooth XC. Neither of them likes rock or tech.
-Shuttleable. Both with ride up small climbs. The 6 year old will ride pretty big climbs if motivated but that's not predictable.
-Bridges or a stream or playgrounds/interesting stuff along the route.

I realize that might not exist. Regardless, if you've got suggestions for what we should ride with small kids, hit me with 'em!

    Thanks!

Bearclaw poppy is always a nice spin. I recommend More Cowbell at the top of JEM off of the Highway 59 trailhead. There is a small bit of sketchy rock that kids usually walk over but the rest is really fun and challenging for them. I've taken kids as young as 5 and they always have a good time.

Your kids would probably have fun at the bike park.
