PSA - Bob's Basin and Glenwild *still* rideable.

There are a couple of muddy spots so before noon is best, but go get it.

I never thought I'd say this but.... I'm sick of riding my mountain bike. We need snow.

Walt - all of Glenwild, including FD? Prolly not....right? Just the frontside?

I'm guessing that all of it is rideable as long as it's frozen. It's not like you'll have to contend with snow drifts. It seems FD would qualify.

I agree. We need snow. I'm tired of 5 hr road trips to Grand Targhee (11 feet and counting).....but I'm heading up again on Monday. I do like being permanently unemployed!

I have not ventured up to FD. There are enough higher elevation south-facing spots that I agree, you'd need to go early to make sure the mud was all frozen.

I was referring just to the front side and Bob's Basin, not FD.

Hopefully this will all be moot as of tonight.

3" with nothing in the works for at least 10 days.....I think there will still be some riding available. If we can't get powder days, I suppose that's good.

Everything is pretty darn good up there right now, indeed. Afternoon might be a little sloppy, but the BB and Glenwild trails are nicely packed in. You don't even need a fatbike, honestly.

I am halfway tempted to attempt flying dog.
