    I didn't have time to read the whole proposal but looking at the map this looks quite promising. It seems like the Powder Mountain area is prime singletrack terrain. This is badly needed non motorized trail!

    I'll read the whole thing tonight but this is a cool development.

    Umm...it would be cool...but isn't that report from 2012? So does it have any relevance today???

    Yes. The new trail system has been years in the making. Keep in mind that the land owner is working on developing infrastructure and two new trail systems concurrently, all with a narrow window of time to work in (summer is short at 9000 feet) and a single long, steep, narrow, winding road (7 miles, 16% grade) to transport equipment. If you read the report and ride the existing trails you will see that this isn't just some cobbled together system consisting of fall line singletrack and old doubletrack roads. I imagine it will be three more years or so until we see the entire system completed.
