    Shops vs. Bikes

    New2this,

My (very) biased answer is Poison Spider Bicycles. Perhaps you should think about what bike you would like to ride? Moab bike shops have a variety of very nice demo bikes. You might consider calling around to see if one shop has that bike you've been thinking about. The small upcharge over a standard rental might be worth it (although the standard bikes can be pretty nice too).

    Good luck,

    FW

From what I remember they are all pretty similar in price and such. So I would call them and see which ones have bikes you are interested in renting. I have had buddies rent from Moab and Slickrock shops in the past and all went well. I would guess just due to competition there that none of the shops are going to get away with ripping anyone off etc and have similar rental policies and price.

You might get more response to this on Passion, as those who live in Utah tend to ride their own bikes in Moab.
