    Kokopelli trail in Nov.???

I was curious if the Kokopelli trail is rideable in november. I was planning on a trip for thanksgiving. It would probaly depend on how wet and early winter starts this year. Does anyone have any Idea?

It all depends. The things I would be concerned about are the short days, snow in the La Sals, and the freak November Artic cold spells that sometime happen that time of year. If it was unusually warm and dry I don't see why not. You might have to lenghthen the trip and add some stages or you will probably be riding in the dark a lot.

yeah, kind of sucks planning wise but you almost need to wait until the week of and see what the weathers been like and the forecast.you could get pleasant days and crisp nights or you could get three feet of snow and unrideable mud. I say plan on doing it but have a back up plan such as doing some epics near st. george for 4-6 days straight.St geo is almost always doable
