Bonking ... not feelin' well I need to used a "Aligment table" near SLC

For a 7075 Nicolai aluminum frame (to expensive to send to Germany and back) i can even do the alignment my self and I will not hold you liable in any way shape or form.

    Thanks in advance

The two dropouts need to be move 1.5mm to the left.

What's the actual problem? 1.5 mm of misalignment is within most manufacturer's standard process variation. What is causing you to have checked the frame alignment?
Don't you hate it when a sentence doesn't end the way you think it octopus?

Basically I need to dish each wheel 2mm to the none drive side to compensate for the miss alignment (I tend to swap wheels a lot) but more than anything I work with bikes for 30years and I hate to have a bike that is not spot on, call it bike OCD..

Ps: I did not paid Nicolai prices to have a "okay" bike, in fact I'm very disappoint it with their response..
