heading to Park City with kids

I'm heading to PC on June 23rd. I will be camping with my two daughters ages 12 & 14. They will do some light riding (they've ridden at Phil's in Bend, OR a lot), so I'm looking for easier trails to take them on, but also looking for more advanced stuff for myself. I'm an experienced rider, though not particularly fit right now, but I can hang in on rides and get there eventually. If there are opportunities for me to find some activities for my girls while I ride, that would be great.

We have two nights reserved at Spruces CG. I am interested in any dispersed camping opportunities, ideally at or near a trailhead. Is there riding near Spruces CG?

Thanks in advance for any info shared.

I don't think you'll find any riding for the girls in Big Cottonwood Canyon (I think that's where the campground is). Round Valley up in PC would be good for them.

for the most part the riding in Big and Little Cottonwood is too steep for beginners. I agree with Round Valley and Glenwild in Park City as good options. Corner Canyon is also good but has a lot of traffic.
