I can't imagine the back side of Flying Dog being ok tomorrow. The low stuff in Glenwild drains well, but that other stuff does not.

I'm pretty sure most areas got over 1" of rain, that is a lot for Utah and it will take time to dry out.

Click on the "Conditions/Difficulty" button 3rd from the left, to see how your planned trail is reported to be.

By afternoon/evening the trails will be fine. Early this morning, not so much.

I don't know how my posting of a map means everything is rideable. I was simply posting a link so everyone can check themselves when planning a ride.

That link is pretty good, but sometimes the maps lags the actual trail conditions (seems like a lot of work to keep it updated). Both ways. It's pouring .5"/hr and everything on the map is green for example.

Note that Lady Di is MUD. They got more rain North of town than in PC Proper, so FD is going to be worse than PC/DV trails.

On that map FD is "Unknown". I'm just giving my input and experience on that trail in order to help. And I'm still guessing the South face (Glenwild Loop) will be fine, the back will be a quagmire. The mud in that section is also not rideable, it will clog your tires and you'll be walking out. Just like the stuff at East and Middle Fork at Snowbasin. The dirt has a ton of clay in it and sticks to everything relentlessly.

PERSONALLY I wouldn't ride FD until at least Wed, but it may be ok this evening.

    Have fun and be safe!

Actually, that is a helpful map. Color coded for trail conditions. I didn't realize that. My apologies.

My apology to UtahJohn for being snarky. I didn't click on the link, just assumed that it was simply a trail map.

Based on the sign at the trailhead indicating we were good to go we did ride Flying dog today starting out just before noon. There were maybe a dozen puddles on the trail so very rideable. Thanks to all, especially UtahJohn, who attempted to help, next time I'll follow a link before getting snarky.

That's a great map. Why haven't I seen that before. I just spent the last 30 minutes at work "e-exploring" park city trails.

There is also this link for a lot of PC based trails:

is also outstanding (using the MAP/Satellite/OSM Views), but doesn't have trail conditions. I like seeing how steep a climb/descent, distance, and how much vertical is there prior to a ride.
