New question here. Fire In Mill Creek Canyon?

I read in today's SL Trib that there was a small fire in Mill Creek Canyon, near Pipeline.
Anyone have any first hand info on it?
    Is the trail closed?
    Thanks!

Haven't heard/seen anything about it, there were 2 or 3 BIG lightning strikes as I was driving out of the canyon on Saturday after a ride which could have easily started something. I was just hoping everyone up there was alright, there were a couple groups of 15-20 people in the lots that looked like they were just heading out as I was leaving. I'll be sure to post if I have the chance to get up there soon.

Here's the scoop from KSL: http://www.ksl.com/?nid=148&sid=92280

At least it dosen't look like a big area was damaged..
According to the KSL story only 2.1 acres were charred.
So the area should still be rideable.
