    Meh. I don't see this as anymore than an admission that people use them and that they exist. They don't want them on the roads so they are seeing if they should be allowed on paved pathways. Seems ok to me.

    We are actually using the PC guidelines to implement a similar plan in Ogden. Roads are Ok, and we are going to try a limited trial on the parkway (assist only). The trails are off limits. Even if we wanted to allow them on our trails, we couldn't. We've met with the USFS, and they are considering them motorized vehicles. This is their view nationwide. Since our trails cross the USFS in multiple locations, it's a no-brainer. FYI.
