There are a ton of options. The CC network is pretty expansive now, and there are access points all over. "Best" is really dependent on what trails you want to hit, and whether you are trying to minimize pedaling or not. In general, the Ballard Equestrian Center or Coyote Hollow TH are good access points and set you up for longer rides and all areas of CC. The equestrian center (EQ) has TONS of parking, Coyote Hollow has a small lot and limited parking around the Draper Temple. If you want to hit the Gravity Logic trails (Vertigo, Levitate, Zooropa) and minimize pedaling, the best places to park are either at the top or bottom of those trails (Eagle Crest TH or Brookside Drive (South Maple Hollow TH), Maple Hollow TH or Potato Hill also set up well for trimming some climbing and hitting the GL trails and Potato Hill cuts off some driving time vs. eagle crest, MH, or South MH.

Almost forgot to add... if you haven't already, get on Trailforks (app or website) for detailed maps. Most of the trailheads are marked and labeled and you can search for specific trails easily.
