Crest closed for the season! ...Kinda

So the first place this is posted is after the Spine where you choose to continue on the Crest or drop down into Desolation Lake (I think it is Desolation). Anyways, the sign says that the trail is closed and something about a $5000.00 fine. The city is building two culverts on the uppermost part of the Millcreek Canyon Road and it is totally impassable. The only option if you go to the Millcreek/Canyons split is the Canyons side. The road will be closed until Spring of 2015 it says.
Just wanted to spread the word

It is the Millcreek road that is closed. You can ride the trail, you just have to exit via Big Cottonwood. You can take big water to dog lake then out at Mill D. ( this wasn't really very clear in original post)
You can still take the Park City split as well.

I was gonna say, what the OP posted did not make a lot of sense if it is just Millcreek Canyon road.

Is this construction done? If not, any ideas if it will be done by the time crest melts?
