    Bike Shop??

Do you all know of any bike shops in the valley that sells Kona's? I'm considering picking one up for my next bike since my Trek has seen better days.

    Not So Magic Link

All the cool kids are running Giant in 2011. Go-Ride has a rack of older model longer travel Giants on sale if you have a strick budget but still want to get your freeride on.

I would go with Wild Rose if I had to pick from that list.

I know nothing about any of the places outside of slc. Sports Den has the facility and ability to be a really great bike shop, however its completly dependant on who is staffed on a given day. Some of the ski-bums and teenage fashion queens know all about the latest looks on the slopes but know very very little about bikes. I suspect they have some of these less experiened staff building bikes and doing service as well.

Wild Rose in my Experence is a Legit High End bike shop. Everytime I have been in there the people I have dealt with know thier stuff and are able to answer my questions get me on my way asap. These guys ride and understand riders. So they would be my choice off that list.

My 2 favorite bike shops - Cyclesmith (by the U) and Bountiful Bicycle Center. They sell cooler bikes than Kona's.

My favorite shop is Guthrie's on 21st because they'll warranty your brake pads when they wear out. They also have a great tube exchange program where when you buy one tube at full price they'll replace it with up to three others if you happen to be running your OEM 2.1 Nevegals at 18psi and flat.

Looks like Uncle Sam isn't going to play nice this year so getting a new bike is going to placed on hold.

I'm just going to work on replacing the worn out parts on my bike. Front fork, cassettes, front derailer and cables.
