Best Rides in Park City

Hey - Some friends and I are doing a last minute trip to Park City this weekend. We're looking to get in 3 rides, +/- 25 miles or so. Are there some must do loops anyone can recommend? Swimming holes (too cold?)? Any tips are appreciated. Thanks.

At this time of year:

Glenwild Loop (8 miles)
Round Valley (8 miles)
Park City Resort trails (Spiro, Powerline, John's, Sweeney Switchbacks should all be clear by now, mix and match for your desired length)
Mid Mountain (may be rideable, probably still might be snow in spots, 5-25 miles)
