    i find if you rotate the hand on the side the bikes tilting up and push up rather than try and pull the bar up it is alot easyer
    Dirt jumps come and go, but dirt junkies will dig forever.

    Turning the bars actually helps.

    I also push against the pedal (4 O'clock) while simultaneously lifting my leg like I'm peeing on a fire hydrant (on the side that faces up - left side is better for me)
    The 'downward' foot just tries to hang on for the ride - almost completely relaxed..unless you're throwing a whip into it.

    The turning of the bars happens naturally as you push down and forward (bottom side) while relaxing the upward arm
    Honestly... ahh I give up

    Tao Table

    The Master gives himself up
    to whatever the moment brings.
    He knows that he is going to die,
    and her has nothing left to hold on to:
    no illusions in his mind,
    no resistances in his body.
    He doesn't think about his actions;
    they flow from the core of his being.
    He holds nothing back from life;
    therefore he is ready for death,
    as a man is ready for sleep
    after a good day's work.
