    Welcome to the South Shore

Sanchez has been out digging. Couple of stepups, and several drops to tranny. D-wang is back on the bike, and hasn't missed a beat. Here are some shots of D-wang, Crash the Dog, Slim, and Ham Sandwich.

Nice pics! I absolutely love the stall/hanging feeling that a good step-up gives you.

Anyone hit the big step-up on Freight Train???

I recognize that. Is it little Goose? You guys have been building! Didn't the drop used to be off the front instead of the side there? I may be out your way on Thursday or Friday.

I think this is LFR taking the drop previous to Sanchez's excavations.

Damn that step looks huge! How fast are you going when you hit that? Is it that big of a gap, or the angle of the photo?
There's this pansy one where I ride at and it always freaks me out b/c of that 'hanging' feeling mentioned.

Pinch, yup that's the same rock. Good eye. Hey make sure you get ahold of us if you're coming. We'll be riding with Squeak Thur-Sat and would love to have you along.

The last picture in the first post is of the second step-up. All of the others are of the first.

Indeed. LIttle Goose wasn't working out. Landings were hard, and too much speed sacrified, so the South Shore was born. It's a section that is about 100 yards long, with 2 step ups, and 3 big drops to tranny. Good stuff.

The tricycles-on-asphalt forum is over on Pansybike.com. I suggest you head over there to find people who are more in line with your perspective on off-road riding.

The stepup in pic #1 has less consequence than that one in pic # 5. The name of the game is "haul as much ass as possible."

    Yeah Ben.

I could easily see my front wheel hitting and me cartwheeling in Picture 5.

    You all are getting better.

The phrase "commit or eat ...." comes to mind.
