    Speaking of good customer service!

    I know DT gets all of the CS fame, but what about Kenda?

    I got to give huge props to how they handled my Nevegal losing a knob. The tire had been pretty thrashed, but they are replacing it still.

    - Sent email to customer service.
    - Got reply in 20 minutes.
    - Took photos of my tire.
    - Emailed them in.
    - 5 minutes later they say that my replacement tire is on the way.
    - They asked to have the parts of the tire sent in, which I will be happy to do for their R&D.


    I'm stoked! Hopefully the next tire loses a knob before the thread is gone...


    Speaking of Kenda, has anyone tried the Excavator? Looking like my new front tire for the summer.

    +1 on Kenda. IMO, Chris King CS is also in same category.
