Prevents you from driving your car into your garage with your your bike on the roof ?

Whilst looking for bike storage ideas as there are 9 bikes in our garage currently I stumbled across this:- Seems like a good idea for those that keep their cars garaged!

Interesting. Better than hanging it from you RV-mirror as you'll ignore it after 30mins.

Question is, do you hang it on the garage door each time you take your bike out, or just leave it there all the time?

-If you're in a hurry you might forget or just pass on hanging it.
-If you leave it on all the time, you might start ignoring it.

Still better than a mirror reminder.
Faster is better, even when it's not.

Repeat after me (CC, take note!):

"There is a bike on top of the car."
"There is a bike on top of the car."
"On top of the car, there is a bike."
"I have a bike on top of the car."
"There is, on top of the car, a bike."
"I have a bike on top of the car."
"On top of the car, a bike there is."
"I have a bike on top of the car."

That's my little ritual at the start of a drive ... takes about a minute, but the paranoia lasts much longer.

Of course, I think the idea with "bike bouncer" is that you have to sorta drive through/into the banner every time your park ... maybe makes it harder to start ignoring?

Yup. It's not funny to a lot of us.......dumb people.
Now if I could get them to install those on parking garages and the idiot height bar before you go through the Taco Bell drive through I would be in good shape.
I don't know what's worse, having to admit you hit the bike that is on your roof or having to admit you did it while trying to get take out from Taco Hell. Luckily no damage was done other than to my pride on that one.

I had a stumpjumper on a trunk rack once and went into a drive through ATM lane and the front end of the bike got wedged badly.......luckily for me we have a1 car garage which will never see a car in it as long as I live.....Zilla I think you have to keep it there permanently!
