Thursday I'm doing Hazard County to Kokopelli to UPS. Hangin til the weekend (checking out Fruita for sure), then a couple days each in Durango and Crested Butte before flying out of Denver.

I didn't think that much of Sovereign when I rode it 3 years ago, but I think we only did part of the trail...

I enjoyed Amasa again this trip, slow climb to the top, around the loop and out to pothole arch, back along rockstacker then bomb back down Amasa's ledges

I wanted to head out and play at Bartlett as I've not been but we didn't have time.

Me and my east coast crew thought sovereign was so, so. We did love the whole enchilada and amasa.

Thanks 6E & Wilks, think we will pass on Soveriegn then, Amasa, Rock Stacker Jackson Fri, Whole E on Sat, Sunday open for whatever, as long as it's fun & tech : )

Sovereign is great if you like singletrack. If you want tech, you just need to be willing to deviate from the dotted lines. There's miles of free form riding and ledges out there, but few people wander out into the unmarked terrain. It's worth exploring IMO.

Sovereign is great if you have a crew of mixed skill levels or if you want to put in a good amount of pedaling miles and explore the further parts of it. It's a great ride but it isn't in line with the ledgy/dropy mentality of what people come for to Moab.

For tech and pedaly fun check out Magnificent 7; it ends at Portal and it offers awesome, albeit very remote, techy, pedaly trail.

I will be doing this shuttle through outerbike on Thursday as well. Rented a Mojo HD for the day. Should be fun!

It's raining here in Fruita. Sounds like it's raining/snowing in Moab. The Whole Enchilada may be in doubt. So bummed! Rode Kokopelli yesterday, maybe Rabbit Valley in the rain today. Making the best of it. Moore Fun is one of the most fun trails I've ever ridden!!!
