    offset lower shock pin question

If i run the lower pin with the hole in the 3 or 9 o'clock position is that the same as OE? Thanks

I assume that means you have vertical shock mounting, and 3 or 9 o'clock would mean that the distance between the pivot point and the frame mount is nearly the same?

This will change your lever ratio, so it'll change the amount of travel the frame has, as well as the stiffness. Not sure how much though.

Those bushings don't really offset very much. You're not going to change your travel at all, and not the leverage rate by any appreciable amount by doing that in the lower hole of a turner.

It will mess with things a little more in the upper link because the bushing rotates along with the link. That might change things a bit more noticeably.

They will raise/lower your bottom bracket a bit though. Converted my Sultan to 27.5+ and the offset bushing helped to raise the bb for a bit more clearance.
