I can suggest trying to find a 2006 Z1 Light from the North American market (not sure if Canada was included in this spec). The Z1 Light is a 150mm fork that also features the TAS travel adjust and can be dialed down to 130mm. This will allow you to expand your search.

They are very hard to find, but once in a while, one shows up and then there tends to be bidding wars over the.

The 2007 orange Anniversary model does not feature TAS and is fixed at 130.

I have a 05 Z1 FR2 that can be configured for 130 or 150 to get rid of. It is HSCV/SSV internals. It looks like the 04 130 Z1 is ETA, HSCV and either QR or QR20. Mine is regular 20mm. There should be a variety of different parts for those chassis to build exactly what you want. PM me if you're interested.

There is a 2003, Z1 sl (Air) sandard QR over at Spokejunkies.com in the exchange and barter. It looks lightly used. 2003 doesn't have the tire clearance as later models. I think only good for 2.3 with mud.

I'd like to get it for the old sled but I spent all on the new build.

I passed up a nice 2006 Z1 light on fleabay because a store assured me they could still get a 2007 Z1 RC2 ETA. Boy, 8 days later they couldn't.

Good luck, I ended up with something else. Wanted a Zocchi.
