Hey, yours is a little stuck down too! You are supposed to be able to see the entire 160 mark and the fat bar below it containing the "mm". Better check yourself in as a casualty after all, soldier!
My video techniques can be found in this thread.

I saw an brand new unmounted Lyric 2Step at my local shop that was already stuck down that far.

From what I understand, the positive and negative chambers equalize when the fork is fully extended. Aqua, try lowering the pressure in your fork and see if it loses more travel. On mine, the more I drop the pressure, the lower the fork sinks into it's travel (Hey! who needs 2 step!). Even leaving it overnight it doesn't equalize. Squeaky mentioned that RS knows what's up, so hopefully I'll get taken care of this week.

Looks like I might not get a chance to ride the Lyric on the 5/6-Pack. Oh well, I like the 36 VAN anyway, even if the suspension gomers say it's too "linear".

No way man...I ain't touching it. In the event that this thing does go tits up...I've still got the mighty DUC. Ohh wait...that fork is bailing out Skanky D.

Time to trade in your 2 Step for the marvelous world of ATA:

Warning: This quaility travel adjust air fork is also unproven. Can it succeed where Talas, IT and 2 Step have failed? Stay tuned!

Ohhh yeah sure...I'll order me up one of those Gravity Retarders while I'm at it.

No, you know what? If things get ugly....I'll just say F it to all of this crutch-induced drama.

    FWIW with the markings...
The markings on my Revelation U-Turn are apprently inaccurate. I can measure about 130mm of stanchion even though the farthest it will turn out puts it in the middle of the 130 marking. RS told me it was likely due to manufacturing processes but if I was getting full travel don't worry about it. Apparently the markings are there for a "guide"
Sloppy but that doesn't mean the fork isn't working properly.
    Big hoopy.
