    Last chance for Fox 100X?

I am on the verge of replacing my Fox 100X for a Reba on my Flux. The 100X feels harsh regardless of tuning. Has anyone had their 100X Push serviced? Does the 100X deserve a second chance?

No and no - from what I have heard. If you want to avoid the harsh feel I gather you have to drop the X factor.

I went through the same thing. I ended up selling it and am now running a pushed Talas RLC. It's MUCH more plush than the F100X, but with all the compression and blowoff adjustments I can get it back stiff for race day if I want. The only thing I have to say positive about the F100X is that it tracks well.

    100X can be converted?

Can the 100X internals be changed out to some other version of a Fox fork (you know, lose the X) and voila, you got a new fork?

Just sell the Fox and get the Reba U-turn - you'll be much happier.

My plan exactly, thanks for the advise.
