I hope I'm not too tall......

So....I narrowed my search for the perfect xc rig to the Flux and the Truth. I think that the sizing for the Ells 20" frame (Large) could cramp me (I'm 6'-4" 195 lbs) and the Turner's XL frame is considerably larger. I posted on the Ells board last week looking for taller riders on Truths and got only one reply from a guy 6' even. I think I'm gonna order a Flux this week, but won't be able to demo one first. Are there any tall riders on Fluxes that care to put my worries to bed?

    Hey todd,

I don't ride a Flux but I do ride an XL Burner and am right around 6' 4". I'm really quite happy with the fit on the Burner, and the only difference I can see, is that the Flux has about a half inch more top tube at 25.1" where the Burner comes in at 24.8.

The frame measures, from center bb to top of seat tube, right around 22.2", which is what the Flux measures, and I'm only running about 9" of exposed post with an actual inseam at right around 36"

I'm using a Thomson 110mm x 5 deg stem, with a Race Face Next LP riser bar, and am very comfortable on this bike.

I think you'll fit pretty well on the frame and you shouldn't have any problems getting it set up to fit your body.

    Hope this helped some.

    happy trails...

Geoff Kabush is 6'2" and on a nitrous if that means anything.

But if I were you, I would call Turner bikes. They will hook you up.

I'm 6.2, owning a Large Spot, an XL Flux sounds OK if you're 6.4

But as suggested earlier, contact Turner and ask for their opinion?

    Hi Todd

Like Squish, I'm 6'4" running a 110 stem with Race Face Next LP bar. My XL Flux fits perfectly and should have no worries unless you are extra long of limb.

Living in the UK and having ordered one of the first Flux's from the other side of the Pond, I too couldn't test ride the bike but I'm glad I didn't - I'd have only driven myself waiting for it to arrive knowing just how amazing it is!!

Will look forward to seeing your new ride in due course.

I am 6'4" tall 215lbs and riding a XL Flux. The fit is great and the bike is SPECTACULAR!!! Get one if you have the chance you will NOT regret it.

I ordered it without ever test riding one so no worries
