    Hi Ho Silver, Away Club

Hey Silver Streaks, post pics if you got em. Lets not forget that silver bullets kill warewolves and likely are deadly to Black Ninjas. Certainly such bullets can take down puffy poofy red things.

Look at the TDF coverage and it seems half the riders have white saddles, or some color (colour for my British friend) other than black. Put one on a mountain bike and bingo, instant freak. Well, the controvesial and often contrarian Dirdir is going to keep this saddle until it wears so thin that the seat tube rams me a new bumhole (British again).

LOL. Actually, poofy red was my first choice, but they would not let me join the club. No really, I would have had to wait longer to get a red frame.

Nice bike indeed. I like the little red accents, not that color matching matters.

    Good bike.

This RFX is a bit of a trojan horse as it started life in black 'stealth' powder coat until it was fully polished

That is actually an old picture. I was building it up but had problems with the brake lines.
I have since put some Goodridge lines on it and all is GOOD.

    OK, I'll play...

Here is my '03 Silver Spot (hence the handle) w/polished rear. I haven't had the chance to prop her up in front of a nice background yet, so y'all get the standard "in front of the garage" shot:

50,000 is a small price to pay

i had to give my wife a sparkling big rock to justify my purchase of the 5 spot and to be allowed to ride it everyday. insert your own joke about riding different things here. the magic dust i picked up from a cute little girl with wings at the happiest place on earth. she told me it would make my bike even better and make me ride like lance. so far my bike looks good but ...

Now that's just plain SICK! I make a motion that you start your own club, 'cause that bike's in a league of its own.

Concur. HubbaMan, this is the High Silver Ho Club, not the awesome, sweet, kickass, Silver rocket club. You rig is way overqualified to be part of this silver group. Sweet, sweet bike.

How or whom did you get to polish yours and how much $$$.

    Thanks...

I bought it as a polished frame, saw it hanging on the ceiling at the lbs and couldn't resits! I usually break out the dremel tool for the tight spots and shine the whole thing up every Spring.

I'm sure if you post up a general thread about frame polishing you'll get several responses. Good luck and post a pic if you go that route!

I do...that is how Turner sent it to me! They accidentally mounted different stickers on each side - simply decided to leave it that way

I also would like to know where you found tires with yellow on one side and black on the other.
