Flux 4.0 Tire Clearance?
Thinking about the new Flux 4.0, but I would like to know how much of a tire can fit in the back. I have owned HL Flux and a DW Flux in the past and have loved them both (my 13 year old is rocking the DW). I am currently on a Ventana Alpino and love the tire clearance that it offers. A Maxxis HRII 2.3 on a 30mm ID rim is my favorite setup for the rocky trails that I ride around Tucson. Can the 4.0 handle this much tire?

I have a Flux V4.0. I have fitted a 2.35" Vittoria TNT casing it it has plenty of clearance (24 mm internal width rims). When talking with Turner Bikes tech before purchase he told me they were running 2.4 tires with sufficient clearance in the rear. Obviously tires are varying in width even at the same specified dimension so if you have something specific in mind call Turner and ask them if they can verify it would have clearance.

I ran the 2.35 Rock Razor on a Knights enduro rim on mine - the tire measured a bit over 2.40 on that rim and there was no clearance issues.

I'm not sure if any has changed from v3 to v4, bit i can easily fit a 2.5 up front and in the rear on my v3 flux. No clearance issue at all.

Thanks for the info, looks like clearance is much improved from my 2011, 26" DW Flux.
