    dhr rear spring

Got my new 08 dhr built upbut the spring is to soft. It currently has a 350lb and i want to upgrade to 400lb. I wondering what you guys would suggest doing. Is it worth spending the money on a ti spring? Plus nothing comes standerd on the 3.25 stroke.what brands is everyone using?

    3.25 stroke?

Your DHR runs a 3" stroke. Guaranteed.

the 3.25 is the length for the spring, 350/3.25 400/3.25. the stroke of the shock is 3in. i am about 180 fully geared, and i run a 450/3.25 and feels good for me. how much do you weigh with gear. 350 is light, for a sub 165lb rider i believe.

160 nekid, 170 w/ gear. i found the 350 way too soft and the 450 a bit stiff. goin for a 400 myself and strongly considerin goin ti. i got a nice lesson in dhr from dt yesterday. remember it has a very dramatic riseing rate in the final 40% of its travel. keep this in mind when settin up the shock.

I'm 170 in gym clothes, and I get dead nuts 1" of stroke sag sitting on the bike with all my weight on the pedals running a 400# a Roco, DHX and a 5th Element. I ran a 350# initially and bottomed the fvck out of it. I still bottom the 400# every now and then but it's hardly noticeable. The 450# pedaled and jumped nice but it deflected off everything.

Hoping the CCDB produces the same sag numbers.
