Best Lubricant/Adhesive to use for Czar build

Looking to install press fit BB, headset, and alloy post in Czar. I have not built with carbon before so not up on paste vs. adhesive, vs. grease etc. I see Park Tool has adhesive for PF BBs. Is regular old grease ok on all the surfaces or should I use paste/adhesive, etc? Thanks.

The teflon paste used in my Czar's bottom bracket shell has allowed me to use a cheapy SRAM bb for 3 years and not one sound. I used just a litttle bit of cheapy grease on the headset cups, and I use nothing on my aluminum dropper (or maybe a little carbon friction paste from my carbon rigid post, I forget).

But for me the BIG ONE = telfon paste in bb shell.

What westin said. For a press-in bb you want a grease with PTFE like Finish Line. Finish Line - Bicycle Lubricants and Care Products - Premium Grease made with TeflonŽ fluoropolymer

Whatever you do don't use carbon paste on the bb or headset. Use it on the seatpost and carbon bar/stem interface. But IMO regular old grease is fine too.
