My medium 5 Spot w/ Romic was just over 7 lbs - like 7.02 if I remember correctly.

    She's about 7 lb

My small weighed around 7lb with my headset already installed. Complete bike weights vary depending on the preferences and riding style of the rider. We have everything from Davide's anorexic v-brake equipped 25lb to some 33-35lb beasts. My guess is that most builds will come in about 29-31lb depending on fork, wheels etc. Mine weighs in at 29.8lb with some light stuff and some not so light stuff. I really dont care, (if the light things break or wear out I will replace them with heavier, cheaper things) other things are more important to me these days than weight.

    Spot Weight

I never weighed the frame alone but built with light parts except the strait gauge spokes, brass nipples and ryhno light XL,s mine weighed 30.5 #. I changed to a Swinger air 3 way and lost a pound but not much else, it works very well.

Ya mine came in at around 29lbs and I didn't skimp on the parts since I wanted a sturdy build.

My large frame w/Romic is 7.5 lbs. and

the total weight is around 30 lbs. Not really concerned about the weight of the bike. I figure is would be easier and cheaper for the rider, yes that's me, to lose a few. Good luck.

On a digital scale my spot was 3300 grams or 7.26 pounds. Most of the extra weight comes from the VERY heavy Romic: 700 grams with 450 spring. (The 400 spring is about 40 grams less). I shaved off a few grams with a titanium bolts kit. You pay a weight penalty with the spot since it is not going to work too well with an air shock.
