2010 stock color options

I just got an email from Turner and thought I'd pass it along. I'm sure this will be on the Turner website soon.

FLUX- sparkle copper, sparkle silver and raw

5 SPOT- sangria red, charcoal metallic and raw

SULTAN- candy blue, translucent grey and raw

The communication I got did not have colors or pricing yet for the DHR or RFX, but they are both slated as 2010 models. The new 2010 colors will happen pretty soon on the Flux, Spot, and Sultan but I think they are still dialing it in on the other 2 bikes.

Not sure. I imagine a raw rear tri would be no extra charge, but since there is labor involved in polishing and it is out of normal spec, I imagine there might be an upcharge. Complete conjecture, mind you

LOL, I'm an Idoit!! That's the same color as my '08 Flux! Not the brightest bulb I guess. I was thinking more of the metalic color that was out a few years ago, kind of brass looking? I do love this color though.

Thanks Dave, my wife's gonna kill you. Other than the nekked lady thread, I'm not super interested in anything besides a 2010 DWL Spot in Sparkle Copper.

Or Raw, Root Beer, Orange Krate, Blue Jeans Mettalic, Midnight Blue or any one of the friggin myriad of custom colors. Fit and finish look as cool as it gets to this guy.

Thanks CF. Here are a couple more shots. I personally like how the copper looks with the polished Aluminum.. and I am a huge fan of Aluminum frames so I wanted to show it off. My riding friends think I am old school.

raw finish strikes me as being a perfect antedote to the plethora of carbon trail bikes out there. Great technology 'n all, but for a long term purchase and judging by the dings i collect on spot down tube, i'd worry about my investment in ride joy. So if you're going aluminium, show it off!

My first mtb was a copper Jamis Dakota hardtail. Loved that bike's color. This is the closest I've seen. Looks killer with the polishe/clear ano rear.

Three of my friends just bought carbon XC frames. Two of them broke within a month. I think the xc trails around here are just plain mean.

Thanks! I thought the copper popped against the polished aluminum.

I had a rider come up to me all excited thinking my bike was carbon fiber. I told him it's something even better than carbon fiber. He looked puzzled. I personally don't understand the cf movement for offroad riding.

The front der was me giving up on searching for a compatible chain retention device. There might be something out there that works by now.

Are 2010 frames going to be full painted? In Turner´s interview he said he was going to paint the whole frame but I don´t know if this is going to be for all frames.

Yes, for 2010, the rear will be painted to match the front, unless the customer wants something else.
