    2001 RFX 5" rockers / bushes Wanted

Has anybody got a set of old 5" rockers they would part with?

Could also do with some spare bushes if anyone has any?

Im trying to build up an old frame but going to run 140mm pikes so want the smaller travel plates!

    Thanks!

Bushings or reducers? Bushings are the parts that go in the shock and are usually coated with brass or DU material, to reduce friction so metal can move against it and so it won't eat the metal while doing so. Reducers are to make a shock fit in a certain frame, spacing the shock laterally and in terms of diameter through the bushing.

I might. Let me look. If I do they will be for a 2002 frame which should work fine.

Sorry should of been more specific!

Need 2 main pivot flange bushes top hat things as destroyed a couple during removal, used ones are fine!

The du shock bushes are fine, and the mounting hardware in good condition.

And a set of actual 5" rockers, if not I will have to source a longer travel fork.

Basically found a 2001 Rfx frame with the original 6" rockers, grease all dried up and pivots were difficult to get apart so destroyed a couple of flange bearing bushes!

    Thanks!

Well you can't have my 5 inch rockers!
Keeping those with the 00' RFX I still ride.......Sorry........not selling those.
But they are hard to find!

Might I suggest talking to Turner..........never know if they got stuff hanging around gathering dust?
Chances are slim to none but you never know.

I was looking for a rear end for my 2008 RFX and surprisingly they had one.......brand new still so I snapped it up.
    good luck!

I'll send an email, never know unless you ask. I could machine some, almost tempted to re drill the mounting holes further in towards the pocket but it would look odd and ruin a pair of the rare 6" rockers!

Fox 36 must be the way forward but will see how she rides with a 140mm pike, headtube angle would prob be 70 deg so may climb better

I have 5" rocker plates. I used them on a 5 Spot. But they should fit the RFX as well.
