    Can someone review specs of my prospective used 04' Trek Fuel 10 Mtb

    Used Trek liquid 10 for sale. I need help....

    urban camo manitou sherman firefly with SPV
    Fox talas adjustable rear shock
    odi lock grips
    two different stem lengths (one short, one long)
    sram attack shifters
    shimano deore front deraileur
    shimano XT rear derailleur
    raceface bashguard and outer chain ring included

    Perfect size for me 15'5" I am 5'5" and weight 154 lbs.

    Any help is appreciated and/or suggestions to similar XC bikes.

    I am new to the sport. Want to purchase bike and ship it to El Salvador.
    Plenty of hills in desolated cloud forest trails. Leaving in two weeks.

    that would have to be real cheap , and even then I would probably pass on it....

    There are too many closeout deals on 06 Remedys (with all new parts, shocks, forks,etc) to make it worth messing with an old Liquid. Its the original Liquid frame without the seatstay pivots, and the Fox adjustable shock. After I had that bike for a few months, I never adjusted the shock- just left it in the 5" position. Then it blew up, so I swapped it for a Swinger 3-way, and swapped the rear end for the one with the seatstay pivots- now you've got a hot bike. Try and find a deal on an 06 Remedy- its the new and improved Liquid

    Any leads as websites to find closeout deals on 06 Remedys?

    I am seriously also looking at KHS XC 204 on jensonusa.com
    is this a decent beginners bike?

    You're going to have trouble finding the Remedy unless you go to your local Trek dealer or buy used. Dealers aren't allowed to sell over the web.
