Tips for a sucessful clean up?

Hey y'all..... any ideas for making a great trash clean up? We did one two years ago, had 25 people show up and picked up 18 yards of ....crap.

Now our group is more well known, and we are more organized. I know the jist of it is publicity, and trashbags.... Should I root around for bike shop swag? Or ???

We are going to do this to coincide with National Trails Day.

here's what we did last time,

Swag is nice....but having a well run event is really nice. Having swag, a well run event and result better than last time would be killer

Last year our club got a local brew pub to donate a gift certificate for us to use after a trail work day. Free beer is a great motivator. A lot of people who come to ride here from out of town end up at the brew pub, so our trail network really does benefit them.
