    Snow Job

When the snow gets over about 6" deep do any of you guys use a snowblower to clear your trails? Why or why not?

    Not

The main reason is I've had my fill of trail work for the year.

Also our trails are used by snowshoers in the winter.

    Classic.

If we get the predicted rain this weekend on top of this beautiful powder I'll be snowshoe packing it to create some singletrack potential.

    Are you kidding me!

Maybe you should build a covered walkway over your trails then you would not have to worry about snow or leaves.

When the snow gets that deep around here I head to the mountains, I have been backcountry skiing since the first of december.

When you see a troll, do you usually answer him or just say "what a douchebag" to yourself?

We had a guy shovel the snow off one of our loop trails. 5.5 miles worth, it was fun for awhile, unfortunately the ATVs found it and destroyed the trailside plants along the tight single track and short cut every tight turn.

We followed the ATV tracks back to their house and called the cops. The guys wife wasn't too happy...I bet the guy had to sleep on the couch that night.

He hasn't been back on our trails since then.

You don't really think I was serious...?
Double meaning if you think about it - GOTCHA!

I've been making turns myself for the past two weekends...

We've got a New Year's Day ride coming up, and I am seriously considering shoveling the fun Dirt Jump and DH section so we can all dork around and start off the New Year with busted collar bones....
