    Check it out, I believe in the end it will be only class1 emtbs allowed in certain areas only. Whatcha think?

    I think it probably ends up as 1 and 2 with 3 being left out due to the increased speed and redundancy of the two lower classes, not my preference but how I see it shaking out. I think 2 sticks around because of people like Martyn Ashton for whom that's the only way they can ride. I would expect rules like those in the NPS order for 2s and in many locations see it being a do not enforce unless someone is being an idiot then make an example situation.

    I fully expect to see more ebikes like this, as well as more of the "if it's got pedals, it's legal" crowd. Based on the leniency of the DOI position, I think it's "be careful what you wish for" for Class 1 advocates.
