    Cool!

I'm going to shamelessly piggyback on this to promote my fundraiser for a plate compactor for the training track I have built for my middle school mtb team. Hope you don't mind! :P

    Don't mind at all.

I ran it some yesterday. Most places were too dry for it to work properly. The couple areas the moisture was correct I really liked what it did. Going to wet down some dry spots today and give it another go.

    Thanks K.

My trail is really dry too. We've had no rain for the past many months and irrigation has been off all summer. Trail has turned to moondust. I guess I better get together with the grounds people and get some moisture into it before I get the compactor.

You probably already learned this, but it's a fine line between too little and too much moisture for a plate compacter.
