    squeaky seat

I have a really annoying squeak on my seat, and I can't quite figure out how to fix it. When I push down on the nose of the seat I can hear it and by listening I can tell thats where its coming from. I've tried to drip some lube where the rails connect to the seat, as well as greasing the rails where the seat clamp connects, but to no avail so far. Any help would be appreciated

    Grease it up

I've had those annoying saddle creaks. I disassembled the whole things. Cleaned and greased the rails, cleaned and greased the bolts, cleaned and greased the post clamp, most importantly cleaned and greased the seat post and bolt. My latest creak was the seatpost collar, I cleaned and re-greased it as well.

Biggest problem with the saddle is the it's all exposed and grit, dirt, rain gets in there pretty easily.

i greased all the rails, and that didn't do it, so I took out all the little screws holding in the plastic protectors on the bottoms, greased those, and as I rode wed, lo and behold, the wonderful sound of silence.
