    Trailer friendly trails?

I love single track, but it's just not an option as often as I'd like because I have two young children. They know that mama prefers to ride in the dirt and they would rather ride in the woods as well. So far, the most dirt we've found that can accommodate the trailer is riding alongside the paved path at THP. Are there any other optiions that I'm missing?

We live in NW Houston, but are willing to travel a little.

    Thanks.

Try posting on the GHORBA forums. Not from Houston, so I can't help you, but I would imagine The Woodlands or Memorial Park would have wider hike and bike trails.

Oh, it's been MANY years since I was there, but Lake Hunstvile had some pretty wide hike and bike trails - at least it will feel more like mountain biking.
