Any opinions on bicycle stores in North Dallas suburbs?

I'm in McKinney, and would love any opinions on LBS. The closest ones in proximity to me are:
    1. Richardson Bike Mart in Frisco
    2. Cadence in Downtown McKinney
    3. Bicycles Plus in Allen.

I'm about to put a deposit down on a 2016 Trek Fuel EX 8 so I would value giving my money to a dependable store with a good solid service reputation.

So Cadence gets eliminated because they don't carry my Trek.

Richardson Bike Mart I've visited countless times. Already have a good rapport with the staff there, but their prices are actually above MSRP by like 50 bucks. I haven't haggled yet, but they also offer something like 1 year of tune ups and that's it.

Then there is Bicycles PLus in Allen. Been there a couple times, and they are marooned in the middle of a large strip mall, and a very busy one at that. Parking and traffic is always an issue, but they do include lifetime adjustments to the bike.

I know I can certainly do the adjustments myself, but in the goal of splitting hairs, anybody have experience with either company so I help pick one to pull the trigger with?

    Thanks!

For my money (and lots of it!) Cadence is your best bet. You sure you need to go Trek? They sell some pretty cool bikes in Cadence, Scott and Pivot to name just a couple, and they're top notch guys with MUCH better service than you're gonna get at RBM.

After countless demos and test rides at all three stores, yes, I'm certain on the Trek.

Just bought my 2015 Trek Superfly FS 8 from Bicycles Plus, in Flower Mound however. I'm about the same distance from that one and the Allen store, but the FM location had my bike in stock. You're right about the Allen location, parking can suck. I did bring mine up to the Allen store to do a tubeless conversion and the guys there were awesome. And you're right about the lifetime adjustments. Just brought mine back in for a derailleur adjustment and they fit me right in.
