Standard rear hub on a rohloff specific frame

Can a standard 135mm disc rear hub be used on a rohloff specific frame?
Tried scanning the interwebs for pics to see exactly how rohloff specific drop outs differ with no clear outcome.

Depends on the frame - if it has a derailleur hanger and stops for shift cables, certainly. On the current generation Fandango for example, yes - it's equipped to do both. You'll want to be careful with 135mm spacing if it's a 29'er wheel though - too much dish for the wheel to be as strong as a 145mm spaced one. On 26" it's not that much of an issue.
